I know where your comming from, as I have been doing alot of research and know of some avenues. One is to refinance at a lower rate mortgage, and getting a second mortgage. Two, is to find some side work in his profession, as myself I subscribe to freelance designing of web sites, maybe he has some computer abilities suitable. Hey penny, don't give up. First of all you are looking in all the wrong places for help. Did you ask Jesus yet? If you gave your life to Christ he will come through, believe me I was doubtful too several years ago but since then What ever I ask in his name I receive, almost the same day sometimes. Remember if you keep doing the same thing, you'll keep getting the same results. Try talking to Jesus and look for signs from him for the direction you should go, you will prosper in every way. Been to your page and read your story. you do have a problem there. First get to your local womans abuse center and get a restraining order. then find somewhere to stay without your husbands knowledge. File for divorce and get support. As for your lost lover, don't count on him to make you happy. First of all he probebly left you because you were looking for a substitute for a husband, and he is not looking for a full time wife. You set yourself up to his abuse also, weather you know it or not you will be happy just getting out of the bad marrage first. Hello, We are a small family living in Canton Pennsylvania and are in our forty's and fiftys. Our daughter is our only child and she is 10 yo. Right now we are renting a one bedroom apartment until we can buy our home. We are tired of renting and paying someones mortgage off. I was in construction until I got disabled with several problems. We found a home for $58000 with 100% financing but need $2000 for closing costs and fees.

If there is someone who can help with our problem we would be very greatful.
